Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, or other related fields,
- 4-8 years of experience in business process performance management, business process management, or similar roles,
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI/PPI definition and monitoring,
- Proficiency in designing and implementing performance dashboards and reports,
- Familiarity with business process design and improvement methodologies,
- Experience with performance management software or business intelligence tools is a plus,
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for stakeholder management,
- Ability to manage multiple projects,
- Fluent in verbal and written English,
- No military obligations for male candidates,
- No restrictions on travel when necessary.
Job Description:
- Establish and implement a comprehensive Process Performance Management Model across the organization,
- Develop frameworks and guidelines to standardize performance measurement and management,
- Define and align strategic and operational performance measures and indicators at both the corporate and process levels to ensure alignment with business objectives,
- Design templates for reports and dashboards to monitor performance indicators effectively,
- Collaborate with IT to ensure the implementation of report and dashboard templates within the system,
- Work with process owners to define performance indicators and their targets,
- Monitor targets and ensure progress is tracked consistently,
- Analyze performance results to identify improvement opportunities and prepare related reports,
- Initiate improvement actions and risk management strategies as needed,
- Ensure implementation, tracking, and evaluation of performance improvement actions,
- Review and update performance indicators regularly in collaboration with relevant departments,
- Incorporate industry best practices and trends into performance methodologies.
