       Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, or other related fields,
• 4-8 years of experience in business process performance management, business process management, or similar roles,
• Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI/PPI definition and monitoring,
• Proficiency in designing and implementing performance dashboards and reports,
• Familiarity with business process design and improvement methodologies,
• Experience with performance management software or business intelligence tools is a plus,
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for stakeholder management,
• Ability to manage multiple projects,
• Fluent in verbal and written English,
• No military obligations for male candidates,
• No restrictions on travel when necessary.

Job Description:

• Establish and implement a comprehensive Process Performance Management Model across the organization,
• Develop frameworks and guidelines to standardize performance measurement and management,
• Define and align strategic and operational performance measures and indicators at both the corporate and process levels to ensure alignment with business objectives,
• Design templates for reports and dashboards to monitor performance indicators effectively,
• Collaborate with IT to ensure the implementation of report and dashboard templates within the system,
• Work with process owners to define performance indicators and their targets,
• Monitor targets and ensure progress is tracked consistently,
• Analyze performance results to identify improvement opportunities and prepare related reports,
• Initiate improvement actions and risk management strategies as needed,
• Ensure implementation, tracking, and evaluation of performance improvement actions,
• Review and update performance indicators regularly in collaboration with relevant departments,
• Incorporate industry best practices and trends into performance methodologies.
