Qualifications;
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field,
- 4-8 years of experience in business process management, process improvement, or similar roles,
- Excellent knowledge of business processes management (BPM) and process improvement methodologies,
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments when defining standard processes,
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively, with strong planning and organizational skills,
- Experience with business process design and execution platforms (e.g., SAP Signavio, ARIS, Microsoft Visio, etc.),
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Experience with process automation and digitalization initiatives,
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written),
- No military obligations for male candidates,
- No restrictions to travel when necessary.
Job Description:
- Work closely with business units to analyze current business processes, redesign them for enhanced efficiency, reduce operational costs, identify areas for improvement, and share findings with related departments,
- Execute business process design and improvement projects by coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring effective collaboration,
- Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks that could impact the success of process design and improvement initiatives,
- Ensure that root causes identified through internal analysis are addressed and followed up with the appropriate teams to drive corrective actions,
- Facilitate the implementation of continuous business process improvement methodologies,
- Act as an interface between business units and IT to transform business process needs and requirements into automation and digitalization solutions,
- Assist in determining key performance indicators (KPIs) related to processes, help develop and implement KPIs to monitor and measure process performance effectively,
- Ensure that process risks are identified and managed in collaboration with the Risk Management team,
- Ensure business processes comply with internal policies and external standards,
- Provide training to employees on new processes and methodologies, ensuring smooth transitions during process changes.
