Responsibilities:


We are looking for a HR Analytics Senior Specialist to drive data-driven decision-making in our Human Resources function. This role will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to provide insights that improve workforce planning, talent management, employee experience, and overall HR effectiveness. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with HRBPs, HR Managers and business stakeholders to build and implement HR analytics strategies, tools, and dashboards.

 

Qualifications:


•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
•    Minimum 4 years of experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, or Workforce Planning
•    Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio)
•    Experience in generating reports using SAP SuccessFactors modules
•    Strong knowledge of HR processes and KPIs (e.g., talent management, engagement)
•    Excellent data storytelling and communication skills to present complex insights clearly
•    Experience working in dynamic environments with multiple stakeholders

 

Job Description:

 

•    Develop and implement HR analytics strategies that support key HR processes such as workforce planning, talent management, performance management, and engagement.
•    Analyze HR metrics and trends, including international and cross-functional comparisons, to guide data-driven decisions.
•    Design and maintain HR dashboards and reports, presenting findings through effective data storytelling for both leadership and non-technical audiences.
•    Use predictive analytics to identify workforce trends and potential talent risks.
•    Ensure data quality and governance across HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, LMS) and optimize system integration for accurate reporting.
•    Evaluate the effectiveness of development programs, talent pools, and leadership initiatives to support strategic workforce planning.
•    Collaborate with OD and L&D teams to measure the ROI of learning and development efforts.
•    Promote data literacy within HR through insight-sharing sessions and dashboard training.
•    Coordinate cross-functional analytics projects, involving HR, Finance, and Operations when needed.
