QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduated from Engineering faculties of universities,
• Min. 5 years of experience in the Automotive, in the field of quality,
• Good level of English +  German and French advantage,
• Advanced MS Office skills,
• Knowledge of basic quality tools,
• Proficient in PPAP, FMEA, 8D, Problem solving,
• Take part in projects, have knowledge of customer specifications and project management system, (Steallantis and German OEMs)
• Result oriented, high persuasion ability,
• Advanced analytical thinking, problem solving, communication skills,
• Have no restriction to travel,
• Candidates living in Bursa will be primarily preferred,
• Knowledge of VDA 2.0, Formel Q and VDA 6.3.

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Carrying out and report the necessary quality process preparations for mass production at the project stage,
• Monitoring product validation tests and reporting the current status,
• Supporting the fixture designer in the design and approval processes of the control fixture that will be required for the products,
• Participating in PFMEA and DFMEA activities,
• Execution of the APQP process of the projects and fully providing the customer expectations,
• Following customer portals,
• Following up and report the problems encountered in trial productions and customer approval activities during the project phase,
• Carrying out and approving all quality activities required for product, equipment and process approvals,
• Preparing PPAP files for commissioned parts and obtaining PSW approval,
• Monitoring the fulfillment of customer specific (specially German OEM and Stellantis) quality requirements in the product, guaranteeing the conformity of the product as the customer's eyes within the company,
• Ensuring the smooth handover of the project to mass production by performing the activities defined in the project requirements and processes, and accordingly customer satisfaction.
