Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in plastic processes and equipment/machines, including experience with various types of plastic technologies
• Strong understanding of plastic properties, processing, and testing methods
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design plastic processes that meet quality standards and customer requirements
• Oversee the implementation of plastic processes, including selection of equipment/machine, parameters, and procedures
• Train and guide other staff in the proper use of plastic processes and equipment
• Troubleshoot issues with plastic processes and equipment, and develop and implement solutions
• Conduct tests and analysis to ensure the quality of plastic processes and the products produced
• Develop and maintain records of plastic processes and equipment/machine performance
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in plastic processes and equipment/machine
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the success of projects involving plastic processes
