Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production-level Python applications
• Build and operate ML-based applications and data pipelines
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into real-world products and workflows
• Design and orchestrate AI agents for autonomous and goal-driven task execution
• Implement function calling to connect LLMs with external tools, APIs, and enterprise systems
• Convert AI research outputs (ML models, LLM components) into production-ready, scalable systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Contribute to architecture discussions, best practices, and code quality standards
• Mentor junior developers and support technical growth within the team

Qualifications

Education

• Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related field

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Python software development
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining ML-based applications and data pipelines
• Experience working with LLMs and integrating them into real-world applications
• Experience designing, developing, and orchestrating AI agent architectures
• Hands-on experience implementing function calling for LLM interaction with external tools/APIs/enterprise systems
• Experience turning AI research outputs into scalable, production-ready systems

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python
• API development & integration experience (REST, gRPC, TCP-based communication)
• Solid understanding of ML concepts, model serving, and inference workflows
• Experience with LLMs and AI agent architectures
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
• Familiarity with scientific computing & data processing techniques (feature extraction, dimensionality reduction)
• Familiarity with Docker and orchestration concepts (Kubernetes is a plus)
• Cloud platform experience (preferably Google Cloud Platform)
• Familiarity with CI/CD and cloud-native development practices

• Strong communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions
• Analytical, solution-oriented, and detail-focused mindset
• Proactive with strong ownership and accountability
• Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional environments

• Experience deploying and maintaining ML and LLM models in production
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and advanced cloud infrastructure

• Prior mentoring or technical leadership experience
