Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial, Mechanical, Automotive, etc.),
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality in the automotive industry,
• Strong communication and process management skills with customers,
• Analytical thinker, result-oriented, and team player,
• Advanced level in English,
• Competent in MS Office and quality analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow-up and management of customer quality requirements,
• Handling customer complaints and performing root cause analysis,
• Effective use of problem-solving tools,
• Planning and coordination of customer audits,
• Taking an active role in quality improvement projects,
• Developing actions to enhance customer satisfaction.
