QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from Engineering faculties of universities.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Automotive sector, specifically in the field of quality.
• Possesses foundational knowledge of servo systems, with theoretical understanding and a desire to gain practical experience.
• Good level of English proficiency.
• Experienced in identifying new test system investments when necessary.
• Advanced skills in MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that tests are conducted timely and thoroughly, in accordance with test plans and specifications, and report results to the relevant department(s).
• Prepare instructions for the use and operation of tests and test systems.
• Responsible for preparing autonomous maintenance instructions for test systems and ensuring they are followed.
• Oversee laboratory control reports, forms, documentation, and ensure timely updates.
• Commission new test systems or apparatus.
• Maintain the order and cleanliness of the laboratory.
• Take on additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the manager, participate in projects, and offer suggestions or solutions as needed within the department or organization.
• Immediately inform the manager of any negative developments related to ongoing tasks.
• Periodically report the progress of assigned tasks.
• Develop, modify, validate, and implement new test and experimental methods when necessary.
• Follow the Laboratory Manual in all work processes.
• Ensure the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 laboratory management system.
