Qualifications

• Graduated from Mechatronics, Electrical-Electronics, Electronics and Communication, or Mechanical Engineering departments of universities,
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics,
• Experience in planned maintenance and predictive maintenance,
• Advanced knowledge of PLC systems,
• Experienced in industrial automation, control circuits, and automatic control systems,
• Able to read E-Plan projects at an advanced level and draw at an intermediate level,
• Capable of developing automation projects using Siemens S7-300, S7-1200, and S7-1500 PLCs, and experienced in communication protocols and HMI applications,
• Able to design systems using analog and digital instruments,
• Advanced knowledge of ABB robots and automation systems,
• Able to read technical drawings,
• Knowledgeable about autonomous and professional maintenance processes,
• Proficient in English,
• Strong team player,
• Experienced in team management,
• Strong problem-solving skills,
• Willing and able to work in shifts,
• Open to domestic/international travel,
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Bursa and available to work at our Akçalar location.

Job Description

• Create and implement periodic maintenance plans within the scope of TPM,
• Ensure predictive and corrective maintenance of relevant machines,
• Take an active role in the commissioning of machinery and/or equipment,
• Conduct or ensure root cause analysis of breakdowns in the production line,
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and create action plans accordingly,
• Identify spare parts needs of equipment and ensure procurement,
• Prepare necessary reports and forecasts for budget studies,
• Provide and plan training for team members on relevant topics,
• Carry out activities in accordance with the requirements of IATF 16949 and Occupational Health & Safety management systems.
