Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical & Chemical Engineering or related diciplines,
• Minimum of three years experiences in foam production and technologies processes,
• Excellent command of English,
• Being able to create business plans and goals and work in a time-oriented model,
• Having improved communication, leadership and coordination skills,
• Having problem solving skills,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Being able to reside in Bursa and not have any travel restrictions.

Job Description:

• To ensure quality, safe and efficient production in accordance with the production plan,
• Analyzing performance and efficiency losses in order for production to achieve performance and efficiency targets,
• Following up the targets given to the production unit in charge and carrying out the necessary activities to achieve the target,
• Being responsible for managing continuous improvement and development activities.
