FOREIGN TRADE SPECIALIST

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in import operations,
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and foreign trade legislation,
• Familiarity with international delivery terms (Incoterms) and logistics processes,
• Preferably experienced in SAP and proficient in Excel,
• Good command of English,
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills,
• Strong communication skills, solution-oriented and proactive.

Job Description

• Manage end-to-end import processes in compliance with regulations,
• Coordinate documentation, customs, and logistics operations with relevant stakeholders,
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of operations through SAP,
• Handle applications and follow-up of required permits and documents,
• Monitor process performance, prepare reports, and identify improvement opportunities.
