QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in related field,
- Knowledge of SAP-HR/SuccessFactors,
- At least 2 years of experience in similar positions,
- Proficiency in MS Office applications,
- Strong English speaking skills,
- Analytical thinking skills with competence in interpreting reports,
- Ability to establish context and foresee potential outcomes,
- Strong communication and influence skills,
- Ability to collaborate with different teams,
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Updating and globally tracking organizational charts,
- Opening positions in SAP/SF for new roles or job changes and informing the personnel and recruitment departments,
- Processing departmental change requests at the beginning of each month via SAP/SF and ensuring data accuracy,
- Collecting, reviewing, and reporting HR KPIs on a global monthly basis, questioning deviations when necessary,
- Preparing and managing the performance and career planning processes through the system,
- Actively participating in project teams to improve HR digitalization processes and develop new systems/processes.
