IMPORTED PROCUREMENT SENIOR SPECIALIST

Qualifications:

• Bechelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics and Administrative Sciences or related diciplines,
• Excellent command of English,
• Minimum of 3 years of experience,
• Experienced in the automotive industry,
• Having strong communucation skills and an analytical mindset,
• Preferably able to use SAP application,
• Male candidates must have completed their military service,
• Being able to reside in Bursa.

Job Description

• Determining the order quantities of the materials in the receiving desk group according to the customer orders entered into the SAP system by the Logistics-Planning officer and informing the companies about the orders opened through SAP,

• To follow the shipments of the orders, to notify the transportation companies about the shipments and to ensure coordination between the supplier companies and the transportation companies, to follow the route of the materials,

• Tracking order balances and receiving confirmation from companies,

• By following the program changes at the customer, bringing forward the orders of the materials under its own follow-up in case of program increases, and postponing the orders of the materials that are in excess of the program in case of program decreases,

• To make the necessary organization for the timely withdrawal of materials from customs,

• Requesting master data definitions to the SAP team for materials transferred to material supply desks by purchasing,

• Notifying the SAP team of any master data changes regarding the materials in its receiving desk group (related to packaging type, related to the amount in the case, parameters such as safety stock day-delivery frequency, related to all fields that the supply has the authority to change),

• To ensure the preparation of monthly actual and projected import reports for the following months,

• To detect and report the materials that do not see movement in their stocks.
