Qualifications:
- Bechelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics and Administrative Sciences or related diciplines,
- Excellent command of English,
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain processes,
- Experienced in the automotive industry,
- Having strong communucation skills and an analytical mindset,
- Preferably able to use SAP application,
- Male candidates must have completed their military service,
- Being able to reside in Bursa.
Job Description:
- Preparing to periodic raw material supply programs, notify them to suppliers, obtain their confirmations and archive them, according to the updated product and spare parts programs and defined procedures and instructions entered into the SAP system by the customer logistics management,
- Monitoring material ciriticality according to production schedules, taking urgent measures in case of material supply delays, and informing to supervisor and relevant production units,
- Opening orders in line with the targets, taking the necessary actions to comply with the stock targets,
- Keeping the stock coding parameters of the materials under control and keeping them up to date,
- To ensure comminication with the Transport Logistic unit to ensure that the material is transported under appropriate conditions,
- Carrying out all necessary logistics actions to ensure complete production,
- Following changes in the bill of materials together with Process Development and Product Management and participating in relevant studies, updating supply list according to the results,
- Monitoring suppliers’ logistics problems, ensuring the precautions are taken, informing the purchasing department when necessary, and making on-site visits and inspectations when necessary.
