QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, including training needs analysis, program design, implementation, measurement, and evaluation.
- Strong interest in learning technologies, digital learning tools, and innovative learning solutions.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Eager to learn, continuously improve, and contribute to organizational development.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Residing in Bursa or willing to relocate to Bursa.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Collaborating with HRBP and related managers on training needs analysis and training prioritization in line with the company's or department strategies and targets,
- Analyzing the trainings which are realized by internal or external resources, cooperation with internal trainers and training companies, improving internal trainer development process,
- Preparing and monitoring the training budget for training & development programs,
- Determining training and development methods & tools in line with training needs, designing or developing trainings & development programme with internal and external resources based in the right content and methods,
- Preparing and monitoring training plans, organization, documentation and invoices,
- Determining measurement and evaluation metrics to evaluate and improve training, developing new learning tools, reporting results and creating action plans,
- Determining and implementing a comprehensive communication strategy for training and development programs,
- Managing and following technical competencies process,
- Implementing improvement or new projects to increase the effectiveness of the training management process, digitalize the process and provide a continuous learning environment.
