Qualifications:

• Graduated from Industrial, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering departments of universities,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field,
• Proficient in advanced English,
• Experienced in IATF 16949 Internal Auditing,
• Preferably skilled in active use of the QDMS portal,
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Bursa.

Job Description:

• Monitoring the documentation of management systems, reviewing revision requirements, and ensuring updates,
• Planning, monitoring, and reporting Quality and Information Security System audits,
• Preparing and tracking monthly Process Performance indicators,
• Preparing Business Plans where Process Performance indicators are defined and updating them quarterly,
• Ensuring the accuracy of the Quality Manual and following up on updates,
• Planning and organizing preparations for external audits of the 16949, 9001, and 27001 Management Systems,
• Planning and conducting Management Review meetings,
• Monitoring the updates of the 16949 Standard and standard booklets, and updating system documents accordingly,
• Collaborating with Process Owners to follow up on customer-specific requirements and updating relevant documentation,
• Conducting internal audits related to domestic and international audit plans prepared by the Central Quality Management Systems Department and associated Management Systems Department Managers, following up on their results, reviewing renewal requirements, and ensuring accuracy,
• Reporting Domestic/International Audits conducted, and tracking the implementation of proposed actions.
