Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferably from Engineering Departments of Universities,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within the automotive industry,
• Ability to use active and proficient MS Office programs,
• SAP application usage and experience,
• Using Siemens NX, Solidworks, Draftsight applications, at least partially, to be able use them when necessary,
• Strogn planning and follow-up skills, with the ability to think analytically and work in a result-oriented manner,
• Have to ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment,
• Excellent command of English (upper intermediate or advanced),
• Able to live in Bursa and have no travel restrictions.

Job Description:

• Ensure that welding operations are carried out according to standarts and customer specifications,
• Feasability and requirement analysis of engineering designs requiring resources,
• Preparation and updating of welding process flows and operation time, risk analysis,
• Managament of welding cell and fixture design approval processes, follow-up of commissioning processes either at the supplier or at the factory,
• Ensure that the project proceeds according to the specification, planned time and budget,
• Conducting activities assigned to him/her for monitoring, reviewing and improving system and process performance in line with the prescribed time, cost and targets,
• Participate in continuous improvement activities,
• Carrying out the activities assigned to him/her for planning and performing internal (Process/Product/System/SMAT/EMAT/etc.) or external (Legal/Customer/Supplier/Certification) audits and carrying out and reporting any audits assigned to him/her,
• Carrying out the necessary activities for the standardization of the processes for which he/she is responsible and ensuring the up-to-date standarts.
