Qualifications:
- University degree in Industrial Engineering or related enginering background (Mechanical, Automotive, etc.),
- Preferably min. 4 years of relevant experience,
- Strong knowledge and experience of Processes Background, Operation Excellence and Lean Manufacturing techniques,
- Advanced level of English both writing and speaking,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams in global team,
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem solving, reporting and people management skills,
- Willing to be on stage and make presantations,
- Ability to use SAP.
- No restriction for domestic / international travel.
Job Description:
- Coordinate and drive Lean 6 Sigma projects & problem solving methods with all plants
- Execute Lean 6 Sigma projects and consolidate project savings and reporting
- Training and coaching of black, green, yellow belts
- Work with sites to improve their processes in line with Lean and continuous improvement methodologies
- Deliver project improvements with focus on identifying opportunities
- Coordinating and mentoring the VSMs between the plants to identify best strategies to reduce non-value-added activities between plants
- Building and leading culturel maturity through the problem solving
- Preparing, training and deploying Lean 6 Sigma tool and method knowladge and sharing best practices
- Participating in work groups / projects, and moderating meeting, workshops.
