QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from Engineering departments of universities (preferably Computer or Software Engineering),
• At least 5 years of experience in networking and security,
• Experience working with Microsoft Operating Systems, Cisco, HP, Fortinet, and Trellix systems,
• Experience in managing Mikrotik, HP, and Cisco switches,
• Proficient in using Fortinet and Trellix security products,
• Proactive, eager to learn, and solution-oriented,
• Good command of English.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing IT networks (LAN, WAN) and information security infrastructures,
• Monitoring identity management, access control, and data security processes,
• Ensuring systems are regularly updated against security vulnerabilities and managing related processes,
• Providing timely and high-quality support for help desk requests,
• Managing log monitoring and improving security processes,
• Coordinating with the information security management team to ensure the implementation of security procedures,
• Keeping up with the latest security technologies and evaluating new products.
