GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from Engineering or Economics and Administrative Sciences departments of universities,
• Proficient in English,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain processes,
• Preferably experienced in the Automotive sector,
• Strong communication skills and an analytical mindset,
• Preferably knowledgeable in SAP,
• Residing in Bursa or willing to relocate.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Receive customer orders through relevant customer portals and periodically transfer them to the SAP system in accordance with defined procedures and instructions,
• Monitor order priorities according to production schedules and manage customer relations,
• Control and keep up-to-date the stock coding parameters of the responsible materials,
• Coordinate with the Transport Logistics unit to ensure materials are transported under appropriate conditions,
• Track dispatched materials until they reach the customer and take urgent actions when necessary,
• Follow up on customer empty container shipments and ensure related organization,
• Inform relevant teams by taking customer-specific requirements into account,
• Lead all customer-related processes within the logistics department.
