Qualifications

• Graduated from engineering faculties of universities,
• Experienced in plastic materials and processes,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry in the relevant field,
• Proficient in advanced English,
• Competent in using MS Office programs at a good level,
• Team-oriented and able to work collaboratively,
• No domestic or international travel restrictions,
• Experienced in project management and product launch,
• Possesses analytical thinking skills and pays attention to details,
• Strong communication skills, diligent, and result-oriented.

Job Description:

• Manage all activities and development processes to ensure that domestic and international suppliers can produce “quality – economical – timely” in line with company objectives and within the general expectations of the global automotive perspective,
• Manage project processes and product launch steps at suppliers within the scope of ANPQP processes,
• Measure the performance of suppliers within the scope of their annual defined targets and identify areas for improvement, and monitor the process,
• Conduct supplier audits in accordance with ISO/TS 16949 and VDA6.3, determine preventive measures, and follow up on them.
