POLYURETHANE SPECIALIST

Qualifications

• Graduates from the faculty of Engineering, Materials, Chemistry, Mechanical and Industrial Engineering departments,
• Very good command of English,
• Minumum 1 years of experience in the automotive industry,
• Ability to use advanced MS Office and technical applications,
• 2D-3D, CAD software usage experience and knowledge,
• Strong skills in interpersonal communication and relationship management,
• Proactive working skills with analytical thinking,
• Candidates residing/willing to reside in Bursa are sought.

Job Description

• To follow the laboratory processes of new formula studies, to interpret the results of the analysis.
• Organizing and applying the trial productions in the product line of the appropriate formula with laboratory results and ensuring that the physical tests are carried out,
• To ensure that the formulation and process improvements made in the country are extended to foreign seat foam production locations and to make them suitable for the process,
• To research the raw materials and additives required for quality and cost improvements, to provide samples, to analyze their suitability for the process by performing the necessary tests in the laboratory and to ensure that they are disseminated to all locations,
• Working in coordination with the design department in new projects, analyzing and interpreting the suitability of the foam molds for the polyurethane process during the design and ensuring that the necessary design changes are implemented,
• Analyzing and interpreting the compliance of the requirements of the seat foam specifications requested by the customer with the polyurethane process in new projects and existing projects,
• To follow the visual and written publications and participate in fairs in order to follow the latest technological developments and increase know-how about polyurethane,
• To engage in process and product commissioning studies in new domestic and international projects.
