QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in finance (Big4 experience is a plus),
  • Reporting experience is an advantage,
  • Good level of English,
  •  Advanced MS Office skills, SAP knowledge is a plus,
  • Strong communication skills,
  • Basic knowledge of accounting, financial statements.

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

  • Provide program financial and budget communication towards the core team, management and plants involved,
  • Work closely with the costing team to understand and validate Program Nomination Budget content, cost and RFQ assumptions,
  • Assist in the preparation of Program Budget by consultation with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Test &Validation, Industrial Investments, Purchasing etc. to ensure correct projection of the program costs,
  • Keep record of the variances between the initial approved Program Budget and subsequent  Program Budget Plans,
  • Conduct regular financial reviews and analysis to identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements,
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams on financial matters and decision-making processes,
  • Work closely with Cost and Sales teams to control and keep record of any financial impact of changes with a target to minimize potential losses,
  • Maintains a cost tracking system for each program to communicate and explain on regular basis (e.g. weekly)
  • Coordination of other ad-hoc financial analysis with the relevant departments,
