Qualifications

• Graduated from Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics Management, or International Trade departments of universities,
• Proficient in English,
• Experienced in SAP usage,
• Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in project/logistics,
• Proficient in MS Office programs,
• Analytical thinker and team-oriented,
• Capable of creating work plans and targets, time-oriented,
• Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills,
• Equipped with problem-solving competencies,
• Strong communication and result-oriented,
• Holds a B-class driver’s license and can actively drive,
• No restrictions for domestic/international travel,
• For male candidates, military service must be completed,
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Kütahya.

Job Description

• Taking all necessary project logistics actions to meet internal and external customer needs within predefined responsibilities and reporting to the supervisor,
• Preparing documentation for project shipments,
• Entering data into customer portals and organizing shipment vehicles,
• Ensuring communication and coordination between suppliers, procurement, customers, and project teams,
• Timely procurement of materials according to the production plan,
• Tracking the communication of production requirements to relevant units,
• Following up on the shipment plans prepared by project management and managing the required logistics operations,
• Executing shipments in line with POs (Purchase Orders) received from customers,
• Monitoring SAP processes,
• Creating Fiori transportation request forms for domestic vehicle organizations,
• Monitoring delivery and obtaining arrival confirmation,
• Managing and organizing material transfers for new projects,
• Ensuring coordination with the TM unit for mold/machine/equipment/material transfers in new projects and completing system entries and related organizations,
• Organizing all pre-serial (VP/PS) and serial production needs for customer shipments (stock control, SAP applications for dispatch notes, and vehicle organization),
• Identifying the most suitable transfer management method for domestic/international shipments of raw materials and obtaining the required approvals and organizing shipments within the requested timeframe,
• Managing and organizing the incoming materials for new projects and ensuring their entry into the Project Warehouse,
• Organizing the layout, keeping the project warehouse updated, disposing of old parts/raw materials, and conducting inventory checks.
