PROJECT SPECIALIST

Responsibilities Include:

• As a member of the core Program Team, coordination of any RFI/RFQ phase ensuring timely delivery by all departments of all Quote Assumptions and Information including but not limited to:
  • Require calculation
  • Make/Buy Assumptions
  • Procurement Strategy, Sourcing Strategy
  • Manufacturing Footprint
  • Adherence to Quality Requirement
• Organization of kick-off meeting,Project qoutation expectation,review meetings and follow-up
• Timely escalation of any risks or need for assumptions
• Report RFI/RFQ status to the manager
• Hand-over the RfQ and Nomination assumptions to the related project leaders (PM)

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering
• Work Exprience in automative industry -min 2 years
• Fluently speaking English
• Willing towork in international teams & within intercultural environment
• Comminication Skills  & customer oriented thinking
• Excel required
