Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, Mathematical Engineering etc. graduates,

• Has worked/willing to work in SAP HR and SAP SuccessFactors processes and take part in the SAP S4HANA project,

• Passionate about learning and development in a culturally diverse setting to make an impact on business goals,

• Strong verbal and written skills in English to understand internal customers’ needs and for day-to-day communication with global teams,

• Team worker, good communication skills,

• Good analytical and problem solving skills,

• Flexibility; ability to easily leave the comfort zone and adapt the revised priorities,

• Good follower of the technical trends in the relevant area,

• High presentation and reporting skills,

• A proactive perspective to drive the continuous improvement,

• No restriction for domestic / international travel.

 

Job Description:

• Take part in diverse project groups to analyze and develop HR processes,

• Meet the project deadlines with good time management skills,

• Provide end-user support to all employees for the digital HR systems and platforms such as; payroll and positive time management, performance management, training and development, etc.,

• Create end-user training documents, organize training for users, and provide good documentation before go-live,

• Review system development/revision requests and suggestions from business units, for SAP Human Resources modules, plan and adapt them if feasible,or offer alternative solution with a new point of view,

• Follow all external resources support for SAP Human Resources modules, determine priorities, control the work done and perform tests when necessary,

• Provide support in an agile manner, get in contact with the process owners and reply timely the requests,

• Ensure smooth integration between modules and SAP systems,

• Always look for innovation opportunities and seek continuous improvement in their perimeter.
