Qualifications

• Graduated from the related engineering departments of universities,
• Fluent in English,
• Preferably with at least min. 5 years / max. 7 years of experience in this position,
• Able to use SAP and MS Office programs well,
• Analytical thinker, prone to teamwork,
• Able to create business plans and targets, work in a time-oriented manner,
• Have problem solving competence,
• Strong communication, result-oriented,
• Having a class B driver's license and being able to drive actively,
• We are looking for candidates who reside/can reside in Bursa.

Job Description

• Working in line with sales programs and customer needs, communicating these to the relevant departments and making the necessary follow-ups to ensure that orders are sent in full,
• Ensuring that raw materials are supplied and shipped according to specifications,
• To check the adequacy of orders placed with sheet metal manufacturers in case of program changes and to increase sheet metal orders or postpone orders when necessary,
• To ensure management of the critical material process in line with the targets,
• Ensuring that shipment performances regarding orders are followed up with targets within the framework of the business plan,
• To develop and follow up actions regarding any disruptions that may occur in order times and quantities,
• Monitoring and improving the stock coding system,
• Developing actions in line with business plans and measuring the results,
• Controlling the organization of daily shipments in line with customer demands,
• To ensure the preparation of the materials to be shipped in accordance with the packaging specified for the products to be shipped and the FIFO instructions,
• Preparing monthly sheet metal sales-purchase reports and publishing them to the relevant departments,
• To ensure change and end-of-type management during the ODM and change management process,
• To support transportation improvement efforts,
• To make weekly, monthly and annual reports regarding the work followed,
• Monitoring 16949 KPIs monthly and reporting them to the superior and determining the necessary actions,
• Undertake different duties and responsibilities given by the manager when necessary within the department or organization, participate in projects, make suggestions or produce solutions, • Immediately inform his manager in case of a negative situation regarding the work he is following,
• Reporting periodically regarding the work followed.
