QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduated from Mechanical, Metallurgical and Materials, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering departments of universities,
- At least 2 years of experience in quality management within the automotive sector,
- Advanced in spoken and written English,
- Advanced in using Microsoft Office programs,
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, technical specifications, measurement, and testing techniques,
- Knowledge of basic quality tools, with competencies in FMEA, 8D, PPAP, control plans, and SPC,
- Result-oriented with strong persuasion skills,
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills,
- Experience in SAP QM,
- Strong organizational and coordination skills,
- Ability to make quick decisions and develop practical solutions,
- No restrictions on travel,
- For male candidates, military service must be completed,
- Holding a Class B driver’s license.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conducting analyses of internal issues, organizing interdepartmental coordination, tracking processes, and reporting results,
- Monitoring MSA, Risk Analysis, and Cost of Poor Quality activities of relevant departments,
- Overseeing process quality activities in related production locations,
- Improving rework and scrap PPM rates,
- Diagnosing problems/errors in responsible processes by involving QA and ensuring the assigned project leader follows up on the solution,
- Measuring and tracking SPC cards for seat SPC points specified in the special characteristics list,
- Revising control plans in case of production line changes, quality defects, or the addition of a new poka-yoke,
- Managing the working hours, leaves, and absenteeism of subordinates,
- Planning internal and external training needs for team members and reporting them to the Human Resources Department.
