Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, or Mechanical Engineering,
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics,
• Experience in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance ,
• Advanced knowledge of PLC systems (Siemens S7-300 / 1200 / 1500),
• Experience in industrial automation, control systems, and HMI applications,
• Ability to read technical drawings and E-Plan projects,
• Knowledge of communication protocols and instrumentation systems,
• Experience with ABB robotics and automation systems,
• Familiarity with TPM and maintenance methodologies,
• Good command of English,
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,
• Team player with team management experience,
• Flexible to work in shifts,
• No restriction for travel,
• Based in Kütahya or willing to relocate.

Job Description

• Create and ensure the implementation of periodic maintenance plans within the scope of TPM,
• Ensure that predictive and breakdown maintenance of relevant machinery is carried out,
• Take an active role in the commissioning of machines and/or equipment,
• Conduct or coordinate root cause analyses of failures on the production line,
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and create action plans,
• Identify spare part needs for equipment and ensure procurement,
• Prepare necessary reports and forecasts for budgeting processes,
• Provide training and prepare training plans for team members on relevant topics,
• Carry out all activities in compliance with IATF 16949 and occupational health and safety management systems.
