QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting,
• Preferably at least min 10 years’ experience,
• Good command of English and French is required both verbal and written,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret financial data and make informed decisions,
• Excellent communication skills to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders,
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP) for effective data management and reporting,
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

📊 Financial Planning & Analysis

• Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support the organization’s strategic goals,
• Perform variance analysis to compare actual performance against budgeted figures and identify areas for improvement,
• Oversee cash flow analysis, supplier payments, and all treasury-related activities,

📈 Reporting, Compliance & Accounting

• Prepare and present financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements,
• Ensure full compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards,
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting,

🤝 Collaboration & Communication

• Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with operational objectives,
• Communicate financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders to support informed decision-making,

👥 Team Leadership

• Lead and supervise the finance department, providing guidance and support across financial tasks and projects,
• Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities in financial management.
