QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology and Human Resources or related field,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Human Resources Manager, preferably in a multinational company and/or automotive field,
  • Experience on multiple HR disciplines including: compensation & benefits, recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management etc,
  • Previous experience with SAP and / or Success Factors HR modules,
  • Excellent command of English,
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills,
  • Enthusiastic team player who builds trusting relationships,
  • Able to interact with all levels of management,
  • Hands-on experience in managing plant-based blue collar workforce is highly preferred,
  • Solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution with a strong drive to create a positive work environment,
  • Strong internal and external customer focus.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage HR policies, benefits, procedures, and employee relations at the plant,
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws and internal regulations,
  • Partner with the Plant Manager and production teams to align HR support with operational goals,
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions on company policies and practices,
  • Lead recruitment efforts and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires,
  • Design and implement training programs to foster employee development,
  • Oversee performance appraisal processes, merit increases, and improvement plans,
  • Prepare and manage the annual HR budget for the plant,
  • Maintain and optimize HR systems to support growth and employee satisfaction,
  • Advise managers on employee relations, performance issues, and disciplinary processes,
  • Coordinate HR communications and organize plant-wide HR meetings,
  • Promote a high-performance, continuous improvement culture,
  • Handle all employee matters with strict confidentiality.
