QUALIFICATIONS:
- A successfully completed university degree or already sound professional experience in a comparable position,
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Office Manager, preferably in a multinational company and/or automotive field,
- You are well versed in French labor law as well as in consulting and intercultural competence,
- You enjoy HR work, combined with the necessary care, reliability and discretion,
- You enjoy working in an international environment and are characterized by your ability to work in a team, commitment and strong communication skills,
- You have good knowledge of MS Office and HR applications, preferably SAP,
- Able to interact with all levels of management,
- Solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution with a strong drive to create a positive work environment,
- Strong internal and external customer focus,
- Fluent written and spoken French and English round off your profile.
JOB DESCRIPTION for OFFICE MANAGER:
Finance / Accounting:
- Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time;
- Keep track of all expenses made through the year for analyzing potential variances;
Purchasing:
- Prepare, keep track of PO;
- Order stationery and furniture;
Car fleet:
- Manage fines and potential insurance claims;
IT & Telecom:
- Order all IT equipment;
Facility Management:
- Arrange postage, freights and deliveries;
Administrative:
- Filing all documentations;
JOB DESCRIPTION for HRBP:
- You look after employees throughout the entire employee life cycle and are the driving force behind our recruiting process at the site,
- You are the point of contact for managers and employees on various HR-related and labor law issues,
- You will be responsible for operational HR work, such as drawing up employment contracts, maintaining HRM systems, preparing secondment applications and preparation of monthly payroll accounting,
- You will actively participate in projects and the continuous optimization of HR processes and company guidelines,
- You implement HR topics on site as part of a team and support change processes.
