Our People

I graduated from the Université Grenoble Alpes with a master’s degree in mechanical engineering. I joined Martur team in 2018, first in the framework of AISEC program for 1 year in project department in Bursa location and then as a member in the newly built plant in Morocco.

Being part of Martur team has been a very enriching experience so far. On a professional level, I developed my technical background by benefiting from the technical expertise the company has to offer in various fields considering the multidisciplinary of the automotive seating industry. On a personal level, the company's multicultural environment is encouraging for personal growth and open mindedness. Additionally, working for a rapidly growing company on an international level brings up the highly motivating challenges that I am always looking forward on taking up.

From my own personal experience, Martur Fompak International’s culture is to invest in youth as a cornerstone of the company's long-term strategy, through different training and mentoring programs that creates a convenient environment for building a career where professional and personal growth are encouraged by continuously tackling new challenges.
