QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalentMinimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within a production/manufacturing environment,Good command of Arabic, French, and English (advanced level),Strong knowledge of production processes and sewing workshop operations,Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems for production monitoring and reporting,Solid understanding of quality standards and management systems (ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001),Strong leadership and team management skills to supervise operators and production teams,Good analytical and problem-solving skills to improve productivity and process efficiency,Effective communication skills to ensure coordination with teams and other departments,High attention to detail and commitment to quality, safety, and environmental standards.JOB DESCRIPTION:• Supervise the Sewing workshop.• Manage all shifts and both direct and indirect staff.
