QUALIFICATIONS:

Fluent in French and Arabic (written and spoken).

Good command of English is an advantage, especially in multinational environments.

Minimum 4–6 years of experience in HR functions (recruitment,, training, employee relations).

Experience in an industrial or multinational environment is a strong asset.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Collaborate with department heads to define workforce needs and create job descriptions aligned with company objectives and Algerian labor regulations.
- Post job vacancies on appropriate platforms (local job boards, recruitment agencies, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Screen applications, conduct phone screenings, and schedule or lead interviews.
- Administer assessment tools or coordinate technical and psychometric tests if required.
- Ensure fair and transparent hiring processes in line with company DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) policies.
- Prepare employment offers and support new hire contract generation and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database and generate hiring statistics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire).
- Support internal mobility and succession planning initiatives where applicable.
- Conduct training needs assessments in coordination with team leaders and managers.
- Design or assist in the development of annual training plans for all departments.
- Organize internal and external training sessions (e.g., technical, soft skills, compliance, health and safety).
- Coordinate with external training providers and manage logistics (contracts, schedules, locations, materials).
- Track training budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Collect feedback from trainees and managers and assess training effectiveness using key metrics (e.g., ROI, satisfaction).
- Maintain up-to-date training records and ensure alignment with CNAS and Algerian labor law requirements (e.g., mandatory safety training).
- Support employee development initiatives such as mentoring programs, onboarding sessions, and performance improvement plans.
- Maintain employee records (contracts, personal information, attendance, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation.
