QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
Experience:
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in IT operations and end-user support, preferably within manufacturing or automotive environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing IT infrastructure, including hardware, network systems.
- Involvement in IT compliance and information security standards, ideally with hands-on experience in ISO/IEC 27001 certification processes.
- Proficient in managing and troubleshooting network infrastructure: firewalls, switches, routers, LAN/WAN/WLAN, and structured cabling, along with network monitoring and management tools
Technical Skills:
- Windows Server administration: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and user access management.
- Endpoint management: laptops, desktops, PDAs, endpoint protection, and antivirus solutions.
- Storage and backup systems including Veeam and Dell EMC.
- Installing and commissioning IT hardwares (servers, network devices, workstations, peripherals).
- Network troubleshooting and configuration: LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, switches, routers, firewalls (basic configuration and diagnostics).
- VPN and remote access setup/support.
- Wi-Fi infrastructure management, particularly Cisco solutions.
- Print server and peripheral device management.
- Experience with ticketing and helpdesk platforms, SLA and KPI monitoring and reporting.
- Root cause analysis and escalation procedures.
- Proficient with system and network monitoring tools.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, operating systems, network environments, and Office suite applications (MS Office, Outlook).
- Experience with remote support tools: TeamViewer, AnyDesk, RDP.
- Basic cybersecurity knowledge aligned with ISO/IEC 27001 controls

Certifications (preferred):
- Microsoft Certifications (e.g., MCSA, MS365)

- SAP user or technical support certification (optional)
Language Skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in French (professional working level)
- Knowledge of Turkish is a plus
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Deliver advanced technical support to end-users, production systems, and infrastructure, ensuring adherence to the company standards and minimizing disruption to operations.
- Proactively monitor, manage, and maintain IT infrastructure components, including networks, hardware, software, and communication tools to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
- Partner closely with production and operations teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues impacting manufacturing/delivery processes.
- Liaise with global and regional IT teams, as well as external vendors, to resolve complex incidents and implement long-term, sustainable solutions.
- Support core IT service delivery activities such as IT asset management, updates, data backup operations.
- Oversee requests and incidents using IT service management tools (e.g., helpdesk), ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.
- Participate in internal and external audits, and contribute to compliance and documentation efforts aligned with IT standards (ISO 27001, IATF 16949..).
- Assist in the creation and continuous improvement of technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and internal knowledge base resources.
- Lead or contribute to the planning and execution of local IT projects, including hardware rollouts, system upgrades, infrastructure improvements, and tool deployments.
- Provide mentorship and hands-on training to the end-users and junior IT staff, fostering adherence to IT best practices and operational excellence.
