QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master's degree, engineering degree, or five years of higher education in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering, or a similar field,
  • Good command of English,
  • Six to ten years of proven experience in a similar position, with proven team management skills,
  • Proficiency in preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance techniques,
  • Good knowledge of safety standards and industrial regulations in force in Algeria,
  • Ability to analyze technical data and make strategic decisions quickly,
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills,
  • Proficiency in computer tools related to computer-aided maintenance management (CMMS),
  • Autonomy, rigor, organizational skills, and initiative.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage maintenance, improvement of production equipment, and its adaptation to organizational or technological changes.
  • Ensure that the production unit, and more generally the company, has properly functioning equipment, well-maintained buildings, good security, and improved performance.
  • Manage your team and divide tasks according to need and each person's profile
