QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3–6years of experience in OHS/HSE roles (industry-specific experience preferred).
  • Risk assessments
  • Accident/incident investigation
  • Conducting safety audits and inspections
  • Delivering training and toolbox talks
  • Managing HSE documentation and reporting
  • Working in industrial, logistics, or construction environments (optional to specify)
  • Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to OHS.
  • Familiar with emergency response procedures and crisis management.
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations is a plus
  • Good level of english

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Identify hazards and assess risks.
  • Implement preventive and corrective actions to eliminate or reduce risks.
  • Monitor workplace conditions and compliance with OHS procedures.
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare reports and action plans.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company HSE policies.
  • Coordinate with external authorities and participate in inspections when required.
  • Develop and deliver OHS training programs for employees and contractors.
  • Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness campaigns.
  • Ensure workers are competent and trained for safety-critical tasks.
  • Perform internal HSE audits and workplace inspections.
  • Support certification and compliance with ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 standards.
  • Maintain and update HSE procedures, emergency plans, and legal documentation.
  • Track and report OHS KPIs (accident rate, near-misses, unsafe acts, training hours).
  • Prepare monthly/annual HSE performance reports for management review.
