QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics; a Master's degree is a plus,
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales operations, sales analytics,
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and provide strategic insights,
- Proficiency in sales performance management tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, or equivalent),
- Experience in digital transformation and process automation related to sales activities is a plus,
- Excellent understanding of key sales KPIs and performance metrics.
- Strong leadership and project management skills to drive standardization and continuous improvement initiatives,
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and Sales,
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders,
- Fluent in French and English,
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) and data visualization tools,
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Implement and standardize Sales KPI between different customer accounts,
- Supervise and audit sales KPI,
- Challenge Sales Key Account manager by addressing Sales target according to market/business situation,
- Digitalize sales activity in accordance with Company IT department,
- Support Sales & Finances team communication and data exchange,
- Support Sales team report per activity and accounts,
- Lead continuous improvement of sales activity.
