ADVANCED MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING SPC

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify technology, equipment’s and machines during RFQ period for cost base,

• Complete process design after nomination,

• Identify machine / equipment investment list by considering existing idle machines / equipment’s within group companies,

• Involve machine / equipment supplier selection to confirm their capabilities,

• Prepare technical standards for the machines and jigs and equipment’s for sourcing,

• Follow up of manufacturing of machines, equipment’s and tools for make processes and release status report regular to visualize progress,

• Manage commissioning activities in MFI locations (including transfer plan),

• Lead production trials during the project phases and identify risks,

• Manage PFMEA, production feasibility, process capability and capacity,

• Prepare process flows, lay-out and manpower requirement,

• Make process ready for the internal & external audits,

• Organize all productions during the project phases (such as customer orders, test samples, etc…),

• Organize operation instructions preparation,

• Organize process cost reduction activities,

• Complete capacity documents for group companies,

• Prepare project file which must be transferred towards process engineer.

COMPETENCY & REQUIREMENTS:

• Technical university degree,

• 3 - 5 years experience in a similar position,

• Advanced level English,

• Strong team player skills,

• Good verbal, written, and visual communication skills,

• Microsoft Offices,

• Automotive Seating System experience (nice to have).
