QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field 

• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience. 

• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role within the automotive industry. 

• Automotive manufacturing processes. 

• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. 

• IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. 

• Production planning, logistics, and supply chain management. 

• Financial and operational performance management. 

• Proven experience managing large manufacturing teams and multi-functional organizations. 

• English proficiency for communication with international suppliers 

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

• Lead and manage all plant operations to achieve business objectives. 

• Develop and execute the plant’s strategic and operational plans. 

• Build and maintain a strong leadership team capable of delivering sustainable results. 

• Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. 

• Ensure effective communication across all organizational levels. 

• Ensure production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and on time. 

• Optimize manufacturing processes to maximize productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. 

• Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions when required. 

• Drive capacity planning and resource optimization. 

• Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards and customer-specific requirements. 

• Ensure on-time delivery performance in accordance with customer expectations. 

• Develop and manage the plant operating budget. 

• Monitor financial performance and implement cost reduction initiatives. 

• Ensure achievement of profitability, productivity, and cost targets. 

• Drive continuous improvement of operational efficiency and asset utilization.
