Qualifications :

• Bac +5 in Industrial Engineering, Quality
• 10 years experience in Production/Engineering positions in automotive industry.
• Fluent in both English / French
• Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop production teams.
• Skilled in delivering feedback, conducting briefings, and managing cross-department coordination.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• Quickly adjusts to new priorities, customer demands, equipment issues, or staffing challenges.
• Commitment to improving processes, efficiency, and safety culture.

Main Responsibilities :

• To ensure that production is carried out in accordance with production specifications, technical specifications, technical drawings and customer-specific characteristics at any time to meet production schedules.
• To manage the resources under the responsibility of the production unit with a continuous improvement approach in order to meet production programs.
• To carry out production at the lowest cost, highest quality and at the desired time in accordance with production standards in order to meet the production schedules in a timely manner.
• To disseminate and ensure the correct use of quality methods and tools in the production team in order to continuously improve and maintain the quality, costs and reliability of the product and production process.
• To ensure the proper distribution of human resources and the optimization of facilities, equipment and settlement in the production team in order to ensure that the production programs are realized in the required amount, on time and with the necessary qualifications.
• To prepare and lead improvement projects according to loss analysis.
• Providing the necessary resources for monitoring, reviewing and improving system and process performance, and conducting activities in line with the prescribed time, cost and targets
• Guiding the process in which he/she is responsible in line with company policies and strategies (Business Ethics/Social Responsibility/Environment/Occupational Health and Safety/Energy/Quality/Information Security)
• Supporting the works required and encouraging employees in order to transform safe behaviors, environmentalist approach and quality production consciousness in one go into a corporate culture
