Qualifications :

• Bac +5 in HR (From “ENCG” or equivalent)
• 2 years experience in a similar position in automotive industry.
• Fluent in both English / French

Main Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization.

• Support with the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Maintain employee records and ensure the accuracy of HR databases.

• Identity future needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.

• Monitor budgets by department.

• Assist in attendance tracking, and benefits administration and other HR Documentations

• Promote and enforce our values throughout a strong and adequate communication policy.

• Process employees’s queries and respond in a timely manner.
