Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or Quality Management.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a quality department within an automotive industry.

Proficiency in English is required

Strong problem-solving abilities and responsiveness to quality issues.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally within a team.

Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities :

Customer Complaints Management: Oversee the handling and resolution of customer complaints in collaboration with relevant departments, ensuring timely and effective corrective actions.

Customer Requirements Compliance: Ensure the proper implementation and adherence to all customer requirements, maintaining high-quality standards.

Quality Methods & Shop Floor Expertise: Apply strong knowledge of quality methodologies, including FMEA, 8D, Control Plans, and root cause analysis, to maintain and improve product quality.

Auditing & Compliance: Plan, conduct, and support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Documentation & Control Plans: Maintain, update, and oversee quality documentation while ensuring the proper execution of control plans.

Ethics & Compliance: Uphold and promote the company’s Code of Ethics, ensuring all team members adhere to ethical standards.

Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for improvement within the Quality Department to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Team Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrate strong team management skills, fostering collaboration and professional development within the quality team.
