We are searching a IT OPERATION SUPPORT & SERVICES SENIOR SPECIALIST

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and optimize hardware, software, and cloud-based user infrastructures.
  • Maintain accurate, real-time IT asset and inventory records.
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and optimal performance of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Oversee the reliable and secure operation of business-critical applications, including SAP and Microsoft 365.
  • Safeguard data security, ensure compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIS2, and maintain robust business continuity plans.
  • Perform regular backups, disaster recovery tests, and recovery operations in line with Central IT governance standards.
  • Lead server deployment, configuration, testing, and commissioning activities.
  • Configure and optimize network services, collaborating with network administrators to ensure secure and seamless connectivity.
  • Proactively monitor logs, system events, and performance dashboards to detect, analyze, and resolve issues.
  • Support and address the evolving needs of user groups and business applications connected to corporate infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software, security, and connectivity issues for end-user devices and enterprise systems.
  • Apply patches, updates, and upgrades across systems, ensuring stability, compliance, and security.
  • Conduct capacity planning, performance analysis, and system optimization to meet business demands.
  • Provide advanced support for PCs, operating systems, enterprise applications, and IT equipment (workstations, printers, scanners, etc.).
  • Manage, monitor, and secure in-house LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and firewall systems, integrating with cloud-based security solutions (e.g., Zero Trust).
  • Track and resolve IT help desk tickets, ensuring timely and effective closure with minimal downtime.
  • Oversee hardware/software procurement, vendor management, and support processes in compliance with corporate IT quality and security standards.
  • Communicate IT updates, solutions, and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
  • Prepare regular performance, compliance, and incident reports for senior management
